• Responsible for the development and optimization of drug raw material synthesis processes
• Independently complete literature review and graph analysis, design synthesis routes
• Responsible for guiding the pilot scale of the project in the factory and assisting in solving process problems encountered during production
(2) Qualification:
• Master degree or above, major in Medicinal chemistry, Pharmaceutical engineering, etc
• Having at least one year of experience in the development of synthetic raw materials or intermediate processes, excellent fresh graduates are also eligible
• Proficient in the knowledge and skills of organic synthesis process development, and have knowledge of chemical and pharmaceutical production equipment
• Proficient in English reading and writing, with the ability to access English literature
• Strong learning ability, proactive and willing to work, with certain organizational skills
